Just a few kilometers from Ancient Olympia and Ancient Ilida, the region of Mount Olenos has been an important hub for viticulture and winemaking since antiquity. Today, the Monobolia family continues this precious legacy with the same dedication and respect, creating wines that embody the land and its history.

The Bonovolia family cultivates vineyards for wine production, honoring the ancient tradition of the Olympia region. Each variety is grown with care and respect, aiming to create wines with character, finesse, and lasting depth.

Every bottle is an expression of the land, the light, and human craftsmanship.
 

Winery - Intro

A tasting experience in a natural setting
In our vineyards, guests can feel the energy of the land and discover the winemaking process up close. Visits include vineyard tours and tastings of select wines, all within a natural environment filled with aromas, colors, and history.
Tastings are organized in small groups by appointment, to create a personal connection between the visitor and the cultivation philosophy. It's an experience that offers knowledge, relaxation, and a deeper understanding of local tradition.

Agiorgitiko – Bold, full-bodied, expressive
Our emblematic red variety, Agiorgitiko, features deep color and aromas of red fruits, plum, and subtle spices. Rich and velvety, it pairs beautifully with slow-cooked meats, aged cheeses, and bold-flavored dishes.

Roditis – Fresh and balanced
Roditis is a light white variety with pleasant acidity and citrus notes. Ideal for everyday enjoyment, it complements seafood, vegetarian dishes, and salads. Best served chilled to enhance the freshness of the local land.

Assyrtiko – Minerality and elegance
Known for its dynamism and mineral structure, Assyrtiko offers a more complex wine experience. With lemony notes, balanced acidity, and long aftertaste, it pairs perfectly with fish, seafood, and herb-seasoned white meats.
